International business within financial sector.

Situation:

The business had high external recruitment costs and lacked pipeline of high performing managers to step into senior roles. 

Outcomes:

Development of succession planning process and implemented through coaching of leadership and HR teams. Reduced the business risk of lack of emergency cover in the organisation, set up talent programs and development opportunities which developed managers to more senior positions. Increased number of promotions and reduced external recruitment costs.
